Information: This is the legally binding text
The English version of these Terms is the sole authentic and legally binding text across all regions.

This document establishes the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Copy Trading system (hereinafter, the "Service"). By connecting your account and using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that this Service is provided by entities with strictly defined roles:

1. The Strategy Operator: , who defines and executes the underlying trading operations.

2. The Technology Provider: Swiset, developer of the automation software and connection bridge.

3. The Broker: Exness, the financial institution where you maintain custody of your funds and where trades are executed.

None of these entities are part of the same corporation, and their responsibilities are independent. Please read this document carefully before enabling copy trading on your account.

Version of this document: GL-1.0.

1. Risk Warning

Trading in leveraged financial markets carries a high level of risk. YOU MAY LOSE SOME OR ALL OF YOUR DEPOSITED CAPITAL in your trading account, and losses can occur rapidly.

Past performance of the community's strategy does not guarantee or predict future results. Do not deposit or connect capital that you cannot afford to lose.

The use of this Service does not eliminate, mitigate, or protect against the inherent risks of trading CFDs, Forex, or cryptocurrencies.

2. Roles and Limitation of Liability

  • The Technology Provider (Swiset) acts exclusively as a software provider. It does not hold custody of funds, issue trading signals, manage third-party accounts, or act as a financial advisor.
  • The Strategy Operator () is solely responsible for managing positions, trading logic, and the generated results. Swiset does not audit, approve, or guarantee the Operator's trading decisions.
  • The Broker (Exness) is solely responsible for order execution, margin maintenance, deposits, withdrawals, and the custody of your capital.

Therefore, Swiset shall not be liable for capital losses, loss of profit, account liquidations, or performance variations arising from the Operator's decisions or the Broker's liquidity conditions.

3. Non-Custodial Nature and Access

You retain absolute control of your money at all times. To use the Service, you must maintain an account in your own name with the Broker (Exness) and authorize the technical connection via read-only credentials or specific delegation.

Neither the Technology Provider nor the Strategy Operator will have access to make withdrawals or transfers from your bank or broker account.

You may pause, disconnect, or terminate the Copy Trading connection at any time from your dashboard. You are responsible for manually managing or closing any positions that remain open after disconnection.

4. Technology, Latency, and Execution

The Service functions as a millisecond signal retransmission system. However, you accept that discrepancies may occur between the master account and your copier account (a phenomenon known as "slippage").

Discrepancies may be due to network latency, market volatility, equity differences, order rejection by the Broker, or minimum required lot sizes.

Swiset shall not be liable for prolonged technical failures, Broker API downtime, scheduled maintenance, or any interruption in the execution service that prevents the exact copying of an order.

5. No Financial Advice

All information displayed on the dashboard, website, or promotional materials is strictly for informational and technological purposes.

The Technology Provider does not provide tax, legal, or investment advice. It is your responsibility to evaluate whether Copy Trading is suitable for your financial circumstances, risk profile, and jurisdiction of residence.
